The article of research is the technological and organizational parameters of renewal of networks and buildings. Existent domestic and foreign technologies of repair and renewal of constructions of observational mines and materials and constructions in-use here are investigational. It is set that high efficiency of measures which are conducted, can be attained due to the use of ceramic elements. Developed and inculcated the technological, technical and organizational decisions directed on renewal and repair of observational mines with the use of the reinforced panels, that enables to promote operating longevity of observational mines and to decrease repair-restorations labour costs.
