It was shown the cryoprotectants PEO-1500 and glycerol significantly affected Са2+-АТPase activity involving regulatory mechanisms of its functioning that implied an important role of Ca2+ ions in cell cryosensibility alteration. Protein-proteins interaction modifications in erythrocyte membrane-cytoskeleton complex induced by cryoprotectants and low temperature express a complicated reaction of protein reticulum on stress factor effects and modulate cell stability.
