The level of damages of mammalian erythrocytes under hypertonic cryohemolysis depends on initial parameters of the medium and has species' specificity. Use of modifying agents, in particular, anion alkyl sulfates with the length of alkyl chain of 10 and 12 carbon atoms allows the reducing of the level of hypertonic cryohemolysis of human and animal erythrocytes.
