Sequence analysis has been conducted, its belonging to early strains of Newcastle disease virus has been determined, electron-microscopic investigations have been conducted. Virus antigenic characteristics and receptor specificity have been studied. Virus ND/ mallard/Askania Nova/ТМ434778/2002 has been deposited to the State Scientific Control Institute of Biotechnology and Strains of Microorganisms.
