Amount of trained diodes are 24 simultaneously. Developed thermal electro training technology makes it possible to increase pulse IMPATT reliability. The panel provides also the testing of diodes on faultlessness and longevity. The recommendations for the production of testing panel for thermal electro training of IMPATT-diodes are developed.
