Вeing stressed in the 1st trimester of pregnancy female rats developed phetoplacental insufficiency resulted in an increased stress-induced destructive processes in the bone tissue of their offspring. Along with antistressful properties adaptogenic preparations "Gerimax" and Adaptol" have certain positive osteo-stimulating effect for preventing stress-induced osteopathies developments. It this context, the above preparations are advisable to go through further clinical trials on prophylaxis and treatment for osteopathies and osteoporosis. Based upon the certain results from examining the bone tissue of females' offspring treated with "Kardonat" a primary osteopathy prophylactic method for at-risk-patients has been determined.
