Aim of study is to detect the long term consequences of stress and phytoestrogens on the reproductive function of different sex and age animals, to determine the possibility of correcting reproductive disorders of fathers' and their offspring. Methods of study: physiological, morphological, cytological, biochemical, immunofermental, statistical, methods of organic synthesis and analytical chemistry. Fathers' offspring with the stress-induced spermatogenesis lesion were shown to have somatic and sexual disorders more pronounced in males with their reduced stress-reactivity during the puberty period Katiazine applied to stressed fathers tends to normalize their spermograms and prevents somatic sexual disorders in their offspring. The dependency of the phytoestrogene influence upon a dose, administering term, sex and age has been determined. Reproductive and hormonal disorders in male and female ratsresulted from phytoestrogenising of grown-up animals. They were more pronounced in males. The sensitivity to phytoestrogenes was noted during the lactation period with imprinting manifestations in grown age. Phytoestrogenising of parents (particularly in fathers) made a certain impact upon the reproductive function of their offspring. Their sex-dependent sensitivity to the repeated phytoestrogene impact was observed in different age periods. Sphere of application: endocrinology, andrology, gynecology, sexology, pediatry.
