The objective of the research is defining a bearing capacity of pavement, the design of existing pavement, selection of a blend composition for the arrangement of the layer using the methods of cool recycling. Basing on the results of field measurements bearing capacity of pavement, condition of roadbed base, soils of the roadbed, evenness of surface pavement and measures for elimination of deformations and destructions have been worked out. Structures of pavement reinforcement have been worked out; the appropriate blend compositions for the fulfillment of cool recycling technologies have been selected.
