The electronic structure ZnO doped by monovalent metals (Li, Na) is theoretically investigated. The theory of an effective crystal field for the ЕPR experiments analysis is developed and microscopically grounded in framework of the multipartial perturbation theory. The model of superexchange interaction of transition element ions, which substitute for the ions of zinc in ZnО is developed. The formulas for effective integral of a superexchange are received within the framework of the fourth order of the perturbation theory. The model, which describes influence of a paramagnetic impurity d level on an electronic state of ZnО valence bond, is considered.
