Ellipsometric investigations of alloys have shown decrease of optical thickness of near-surface layer after ion-clearing process of the surface. It is possible to explain by its roughness decrease. Change and stabilization of ellipsometric parameters of a new-surface layer occurs during the first 3 minutes. The magnification of interaction time with a surface has not caused changes.
