Research methods: method of thermodynamics analysis - for determination of possibility of existence of fusions of the metallic systems of evtectichnogo type in the microinhomogeneous state; rezistometrihniy and determination of density of fusion by the method of penetrable radiation - for fixing of changes in the structure of fusion, for what was developed and the complete set of laboratory equipment is made; structure-guenching method - for fixing of structure of fusion and method of metalografich research of structure of alloys. In work the set possibility of existense of fusions of the systems Al-Si and Sn-Pb in the microinhomogeneous state. For the standards of the explored systems results of analysis of association composition of fusions of the system Al-Si also confirm this conclusion: at an overheat higher a 1700 C composition of associats changes, are saved to the associats type Al Si and AlSi, and associats Si , disappear. Finding can be used for development of technological processes of receipt of the high-quality aluminium castings. In the conditions of absence of row of alloying elements process of management by the structure of fusion, and, accordingly - by a structure and properties of alloys acquire important value.
