Basis for the execution of work: Agreement between Government of Ukraine and Government of the Republic of Belarus about cooperation in the field of science and technologies of December, 17, 1992; Protocol of the Seventh Meeting of the Intergovernmental Ukrainian-Belarusian Commission on cooperation in the field of science and technologies of November, 29, 2007. The purpose of the work is the study of the state, analysis and generalization of information about scientific, technological and innovation activity between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, research and development the methods of creation, systematization and exchange by scientific and technical information between countries, research of prospects for development of international cooperation in this sphere. Project of regulation and technological procedure for exchange by scientific and technical information between UKRISTEI and BELISA was developed on the results of researches. The structure functional scheme of the automated subsystem for exchange of scientific and technical information between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus was also developed. UKRISTEI handed over to BELISA the following scientific and technical production: Program module of RB automated subsystem by capacity 21,2 MByte; Description of innovation technologies in numbers 550 records, selected in DB of ASFIMIR system by priority development directions of scientific and technical sphere in the Republic of Belarus; Technological procedure of intergovernmental exchange of scientific and technical information between UKRISTEI and BELISA; Description of RB automated subsystem and regulation for exchange by scientific and technical information between UKRISTEI and BELISA. Experiment relative to intergovernmental exchange by scientific and technical information between the Ukrainian Institute for Scientific and Technical and Economic Information (UKRISTEI) and State Organization "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for Scientific and Technical Sphere" (BELISA) is carried out within a period from 7 to 8, October, 2009 with participation of UKRISTEI and BELISA representatives. Purpose of experiment: to set the capacity of information channel for exchange of STI between UKRISTEI and BELISA. Experiment relative to intergovernmental exchange by scientific and technical information between the Ukrainian Institute for Scientific and Technical and Economic Information (UKRISTEI) and State Organization "Belarusian Institute of System Analysis and Information Support for Scientific and Technical Sphere" (BELISA) is carried out within a period from 7 to 8, October, 2009 with participation of UKRISTEI and BELISA representatives. Purpose of experiment: to set the capacity of information channel for exchange of STI between UKRISTEI and BELISA. The participants of experiment point to the efficient operation of STI information exchange channel between UKRISTEI and BELISA that gives grounds for consummation this channel in exploitation and drawing on of the received results in the intergovernmental STI exchange with other countries. Bilateral documents are signed: Act of reception/transfer of scientific and technical production and Protocol about experiment operation on the intergovernmental automated exchange by information collections between UKRISTEI and BELISA . Materials of researches were published in different scientific editions and passed the approbation on international scientific conferences and seminars.
