The subject of investigation is a technological equipment of bitumen bases, heat plants, complex program on energy efficiency, energy passports, energy reports on taking energy efficient measures, working logs on production and energy resources expenditure, as well as data on statistical accounting on the results of fuel, heat energy and electrical energy consumption by the enterprises JSC State Motor Company "Motor Roads of Ukraine" for the period of 2204 - 2009. The aim of work is working out proposals related to increasing the efficiency of natural gas use and reducing energy output by the plants and organizations of Ukravtodor. Investigation methods are as follows: monitoring of natural gas use by affiliate enterprises, analytical and statistical and analytical and design methods. Resulting from monitoring, analysis of natural gas use and the fulfillment of organizational and technical measures related to energy saving, the proposals related to increasing the efficiency of natural gas use and reducing energy output by the plants and organizations of Ukravtodor have been worked out.
