The purpose of work: development SOU MPP on replacement ND of the former USSR (OST, RD) in view of requirements of the international and national standards; Development of national standards on replacement to international standards working in Ukraine (GOST) which have been developed till 1992, according to the Agreement on technical barriers of the world organization of trade. A method for research is the organization of works on revision ND of the former USSR and development new ND on their replacement, the organization of works on development of national standards on replacement acting in Ukraine international standards (GOST) which have been developed till 1992. Work was carried out according to requirements of the Ukraine State System of Standardization: DSTU 1.2:2003, DSTU 1.5:2003, DSTU 3973-2000, DSTU 30008-95, SOU MPP 01.120-001:2004, SOU MPP 01.120-002:2004. Results of work will be used by enterprises under Minprompolitiki of Ukraine at manufacturing production under the fixed nomenclature of electrotechnical and radio-electronic branches. The developed standards will promote increase of electronic technics products competitiveness in the internal and external markets and to introduction of new technologies.
