The work purpose: to study features of influence of medical products at endo - and ecsogenous mental frustration in the conditions of the Donbass region. A research method: kliniko-psychopathological, psychodiagnostical, clinical, immunological, the biochemical, statistical analysis. In planned work in the field of psychiatry - increase of efficiency of treatment mentally ill by resistance overcoming theoretical generalisation and practical decisions of an actual scientific problem is resulted in medical products by means of psychotherapeutic methods, vascular protectors, immunotropic drugs. Results of the spent researches give the grounds to consider the developed program of overcoming of resistance of patients ekzo - and endogenous diseases by more effective, than resistance overcoming under the traditional scheme. The offered program of overcoming of resistance promotes prevention of development of aggravations of pathological process and creates preconditions of formation of qualitative and more proof remission of disease that leads to improvement of quality of a life of patients.
