Technical instruction of cultivation of grapevine plants in a climatic chamber was elaborated for health and pre-adaptation of rootings. Use of the elaborated method of adaptation allowed to multiply the viability of plants in vivo to 96% and to provide the high yield of standard rootings (95%). Production of healthy planting material was organized in the biotechnological complex KIAPP. A passport on production and realization of grapevine planting material was received.
