The mathematical design of processes of the second contamination of water the masses of the Kievan Storage Pool is conducted as a result of violation of the base ground complex during the hydro alluvium of dikes of bridge transition. The mathematical design of washing away of the base deposits and re-forming of distributing of radionuclides is conducted in the base soils as a result of floods of different material well-being, which form the fields of speeds of flows between the dikes of bridge transition. The calculations of doses of irradiation of population are conducted through water chains for the different scenarios of the hydrological mode and potential additions in a dose due to influence of building of dikes of bridge transition by comparison to existing to building dose influences.
