Purpose of work - to develop scientific, technological and technical suggestions for creation of domestic technology of burning of ceramics with the use of coal of ul'tratonkogo grade and to give out basic data for planning of necessary equipment. Research methods: optimization of possible flowsheets of the use of water-coal fuel in the production of ceramics on the basis of analysis of existent methods of his receipt and thermophysical descriptions of products of his burning. The comparative analysis of existent methods and hardwares of incineration of water-coal fuel is executed and on the basis of tekhniko-ekonomicheskikh calculations conclusions are done about possibility and expedience of their use in the production of ceramics. Technical suggestions are developed for realization of charts of incineration of water-coal fuel in the existent stoves of the second burning of china-wares. Master initial data are developed for constructing of the proper equipment with the purpose of applying in ceramic industry of water-coal fuel.
