On the first stage, influence of random electric field type surface defects on the formation of artificial domain structure is analyzed. The analytical and numeral calculations of rate of movement of 180-degree domain walls were conducted in ferroelectric and their thin films taking into account the delay effects of the depolarization field screening charge. On the second stage the calculations of interaction of domains with the substantially heterogeneous electric field of probe needle were conducted, which causes change of configuration of domain structure: to displacement of domain walls or formation of new domains in ferroelectric. The methods of domains sizes determination by deconvolution of experimental data were developed. Comparison of theoretical results with the experimental results obtained by the methods of scanning probe microscopy of piezoelectric response is conducted.
