For this was done: 1. Models of organization of electronic circulation of documents according to ISO/IEC 29500:2008 "OpenXML" standard and electronic exchange of data according to ISO/TS 15000:2004 "ebXML" are analyzed. To organize electronic circulation of documents and evolutionary intersystem integration on basis of digitally signed office document exchange a document exchange model was developed on base of OpenXML harmonized with ebXML. 2. A Graph query method was proposed for visual constructing of XML-Views of relational, object-relational and object-oriented databases. A QBE-based language for constructing graph queries is developed. A research application "Selector" was implemented for DBMS "MegaPoshuk", that is a part of systems software of SKIT cluster complex and were tested integrating data of production geophysics.
