Study purpose: construction of new mathematical models for optimal trimming on the basis of inverse-convex optimization. Construction of complex mathematical model of streams flow in nets, it is based on the classical and generalised laws of Kirchhoff. Theoretical and practical rezults: different models of streams flow in nets are constructed , there are based on the classical and generalised laws of Kirchhoff; new models of streams flow in nets which taking into account quality of product, new models of cargoes on the basis of function Minkovsky. New effective calculation algorithms of optimum streams on the basis of linearization method, new effective algorithms for elimination of unknown which use a method of graph structure modification are developed. Issues can be used at institute of hydrotechnics and amelioration and at the enterprises of gas-transport industries, and also at carriage by air for optimal packing of cargoes.
