Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 From grown single crystals according to developed technologies of deposition of piezoelektrical transducers on optical elements from Sn2P2S6 single crystals an acoustooptical element was made and his parameters were probed. Researches of anisotropy of acoustooptical interaction were carried out and the most perspective from point of practical application direction of propagations and polarizations of the slowest acoustic waves were determined in the semiconductor ferroelectric Sn2P2S6 crystals. It was experimentally established that diffraction efficiency in the Sn2P2S6 crystals at condition of propagation of transversal acoustic wave along an [010] axis with polarization along [101] (frequency of acoustic wave was equal 26,5 Mhz) run up to a value (16,0 +-3,2)%.
