The purpose of work is reduction of power consumption with regard to production process, fulfilled works, reduction of the level of energy resources consumption. The research method is both, analytical and statistical calculative one. As a result of research the branch program of Road State Administration of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) about upgrading energy efficiency and reducing energy resources consumption for the period of 2010-2015 has been developed.
