Purpose of work is recommendations development concerning designing of noise protective screens (in conformity with Ukravtodor's Program about Environmental Protection). Methods are an analysis of available normative documents in force, which regulate a designing of screens reducing noise everywhere: within Ukraine and abroad as well. Analysis of existing eventually technological problems, some illustrative literature. Analysis of experiment collected in noise protective screens design, being acquired and mounted along motor ways and around transport construction buildings. On the ground of existing developments there were proposed a mathematically derivable mode of calculations for screens of noise reducing. Algorithm of efficacy program option for screens reducing noise has been formulated as well. In this mathematic model many factors impacting screens reducing noise have been taken into account. There are environmental, temperature conditions, climate, static and dynamic loads on the screen, winds direction, operative regime, safety rules, traffic intensity, anticorrosion measures, fire safety etc. An optimal decision concerning problem resolution has been adopted.
