In the frames of the effective masses and rectangular potentials models it is established the theory of quasiparticles in hexagon semiconductor nanotubes. The calculated energies and oscillator forces of quantum transitions are well correlating to the experimental data. It is established the theory of electron and hole spectra in combined nanosystem (quantum wire crossing quantum film). It is obtained the dependence of quasiparticles spectra on geometrical parameters of nanosystem parts. It is established the theory of quasiparticles spectra and wave functions in elliptical quantum wires and nanotubes. It is investigated the influence of nanosystem ellipticity at the oscillator forces of inter sub band electron quantum transitions and polarization of radiated electro-magnetic waves. It is shown that the increases of nanosystem focus distance causes the bigger oscillator forces of electron quantum transitions between the states with the same paired and the radiated light is linear polarized along the ellipse big semi-width and for the states with different paired - are coinciding and the light is polarized along the small ellipse semi-width. In the approximation of effective masses and dielectric continuum there are obtained the exact solutions of Schrodinger equation for the electron in different spherical nanosystems with charged impurity placed into the center. It is shown that due to the change of localization of electron in nanosystem the oscillator forces of quantum transitions are non-monotonously depending on nanosystem radius.
