The author also developed an algorithm of medical-ecological research with ecological factors and medical-demographical peculiarities included. This algorithm guarantees rational experts' activities management when planning and decision making. The paper also presents an improved methodology of medical-ecological assessment of the territory. This methodology sufficed the generation of indexed assessment of the control of anthropogenic factors over the ecological state of territorial inhabitant systems. Series of medical-geographical (principal nozology) and ecological schemes of bordering territories were implemented. This fact evidences the reflection of medical-ecological state. Also, the index of co-relational causative-consequential connections between the population's health state and ecological environmental factors was stipulated. This fact implies the index of the level of living conditions. The author also conducted a comparative medical-ecological analysis of separate regions of bordering territories (Chernivtsi region in Ukraine and Suceava region in Romania) - the fatality level in these territorial units deviates with the same fatality frame rate (9-11 cases for 1000 individuals).
