Purpose of the stage of the work is measuring and its analysis and estima-tion for seismic action of blasting on the objects of the day surface within the allotment of the Ingul'skaya and Smolinskaya mines of SE "VostGOK". Methods of the research are analysis of the research and control obser-vations conducted before; instrumental measuring of seismic explosive action with devices and apparatus; mathematical analysis and statistical treatment of the results; establishment of dependencies; calculations and substantiations. Results of the research contain the analysis of mining-and-geological and geotechnical condi-tions, blasting activities and registration of seismoblast vibrations of the day surface within the allotments, the results of measuring of seismic explosive action on the dwelling houses of the villages of Velyka Balka and Kizel'gur, Kirovograd city, in the area affected by blasting at Ingul'skaya site, as well as the village of Smolino, Smolinskaya mine of SE "VostGOK". There was established velocities of the soil displacement at foundation of the building of residential area of the villages of Velyka Balka and Kizel'gur, Kirovograd city, in the area af-fected by blasting by the Ingul'skaya mine and district of industrial site, as well as the village of Smolino, the Smolinskaya mine of SE "VostGOK". Social value is providing of seismically safe mining activities and safe integrity of the surface in the area of mining of the beds of the Ingul'skaya and Smolinskaya mines of SE "VostGOK", especially the buildings of the residential area of the villages of Velyka Balka and Kizel'gur, Kiro-vograd city. Results of the research effort will be used in practice by the specialists of the Ingul'skaya and Smolinskaya mines of SE "VostGOK" and administration bodies of the Enterprise during designing and imple-mentation of single blast, as well as SE "Ukrainian R&D Institute for Industrial Technology", by local authori-ties for emergency situations, environmental protection, State Authority for Occupational Safety and Health and et alias. Prognosis suggestions about development of the subject of the research: seismic monitoring at the In-gul'skaya and Smolinskaya mines of SE "VostGOK".
