Methods are clinical, functional, biochemical, statistical. Clinical features of different form of IIP have been described. Algorithm of early diagnostics has been developed. Active antiphlogistic treatment using middle doses of glucocorticoids is very effective in patients with COP and in patients with NSIP and IPF in alveolitis stage. The glucocorticoids therapy does not improve pulmonary function or stage of hypoxemia in patients with "honeycomb lung" but improves their life quality.
