Vernadsky University popup.description2 The work is conducted at a request of the State enterprise "Sevastopol experimental forest-indastry enterprise". A purpose of the work is creation of the scientific basis and source data and documents for planning and realization of resource-friendly exploitation of cave ecological-educational object "Skel'skaya Cave ", development of draft design for cave installations and of claim documentation, as well as environmental protection assessment. Analysis, generalization and clarification of materials of preceding investigations is executed, including earlier feasibility studies and assessments, and additional multy-disciplinary studies are conducted. Topographic survey at scale of 1:100 1:200 is conducted, with detailed mapping of morphology, secondary sediments and components of engineering installations. Geological, karstological and engineering-speleological conditions of the cave were studied additionally. Monitoring of microclimate parameters and water table fluctuations was established. Generalization of experience of show cave development and exploitation was performed. Based of this experience and materials of this study, recommendations for development and exploitation of the Skel'skaya Cave as an ecological-educational object, draft design and claim documents were developed.
