The purpose of this work is research factors of ecological influence of energy units and systems on an environment and government control mechanism accord to the questions, research of algorithms and software for determination levels of energy unit and system influences on an environment. Carrying out of the researches are based on methodology of system analysis. Subsystem for the calculation ecological subject and system indicators was created, this subsystem is a part of updated software complex for energy development forecasting in conditions of liberalization and globalization energy markets under government regulation fuel and energy markets. Were conducted researches of directions of ecologization sectors of country fuel and energy complex with using software which was developed. On basis of results which were received was generated list and determined priority of realization activities of ecologization energy units and system of Ukraine which is necessary.
