The XRD, durometry, metallographic, SEM and magnetometric methods are used for investigation. The structure-phase state formation in a zone of pulse laser processing of aluminum and iron-cobalt alloys is investigated in the work; the micro-hardness distribution in them is also investigated. Experimental data concerning influence of modes of laser processing on a structural state of alloys are received. The laws of structurization in aluminum surface layers are established at pulse laser alloying by powders mixture of copper and iron in an atomic parity two to one. It was shown, that in a zone of laser alloying the quasi-crystalline phase formation is possible that leads to increase of micro-hardness values in tens times. The new method of creation of quasi-crystalline coverings is offered. The modeling of microstructure formation processes at laser heating of aluminum alloys is executed (performed). It is shown, that pulse laser heatings of amorphous ribbons in magnetic field lead to essential changes of their magnetic properties, in particular, to magnetic anisotropy inducing. The physical mechanism of magnetic anisotropy appearance in amorphous alloys after such type heatings is offered. The scope is physics of amorphous condition of substance, metallurgy, mechanical engineering.
