Modern means of CS diagnosing, which use intellectual components, does not provide the sufficient level of universality even at the decision of the separate strictly specialized troubleshooting problems, that is why questions of their development and perfection are actual and need subsequent researches. The object of researches is a process of the CS intellectual diagnosing. The purpose of researches is a decision of scientific problem to increase the efficiency of CS diagnosing at the operation stage by research and development the methods of priori diagnostic information bringing in the structure of artificial neural networks, which are the constituent of the CS diagnosing systems. For realization of the project idea was: explored types of diagnostic information; the types of diagnostic information, are select suitable for bringing in the structure of artificial networks; explored efficiency of involving of different types of diagnostic information for different artificial networks. Introduction of scientific researches results is foreseen at development of the diagnosing systems for enterprises which are engaged in assemblage and repair of the CS and enterprises which use computer systems in the process of the production activity.
