The research methodology is based on the following methods applying: comparative and historical, systematic and structural, retrospective and specific analysis, problem actualization. The main directions of research: ethnical social history analysis and argumentation of its applying expediency for new principles formation of the state ethnical and national policy, studying of nation and people correlation in the civil society framework in Ukraine, development of the theoretical basis for civil society reconstruction in accordance with the principles of tolerance and cooperation, the determination of regional characteristic features of the state ethnical and national policy realization. The results of scientific and research work - ethnical and cultural policy model formation, which is based on the constitutional guarantees principals of the equal opportunities to participate in cultural life for all Ukrainian citizens, regardless of their nationality. Assumptions concerning the object of research development - ethnical and cultural processes intensification with the help of state ethnical and national policy.
