Power machine building as one of the major branches of machine building, as a whole is a material basis of power maintenance of economy. The power machine building plays a main role in development of the industry of the country. Priority for its development is stable power supply and an effective use of power resources. Last decade all world community has definitively understood importance of the economical relation to consumption of power resources in what have resulted deterioration of technological conditions and growth of cost of their reception, negative influence of existing technologies of their use on an ecological condition. Necessity of working out and introduction of energy saving actions at consumption of power resources is one of primary factors of development of the modern industry, and in particular, power machine building as the area capable to make the powerful contribution to decrease of energy consumption, reduction of environmental contaminations and the decision of problems of dependence of the whole countries from stability of import of the electric power and fuel. The policy of minimisation of influence of power industry on environment consists in its structural reorganisation, in application of modern technologies in classical directions of manufacture and use of the renewed energy sources, alternative kinds of fuel.
