Purpose: To learn influence of physical factors of weather on the microclimate of calf-houses and growth and development the sapling of sucklings breeds to Ground parameters and technological decisions from creation of comfort terms of maintenance of repair heifers. It is set that at maintenance a sapling in a winter period in a fourrow cowshed together with cows, cages for bezpriv'yaznogo maintenance of calves it is expedient to place in the middle of apartment between the extreme rows of stalls of cows. Placing of calves in cages, stalls set between middle rows, increases the risks of diseases of calves, diminishes intensity of their growth on 62 %. The technological program of growing of heifers of the Ukrainian cherno-ryaba breed is developed to living mass 420 kg in to 18-monthly age, which regulates the terms of maintenance, rations of feeding, structure of charges of forage, after the periods of growing taking into account the term of birth of zoons.
