The research aim is MSC deriving with further study of culture specifics and directed differentiation of MSC culture and microbiological purity of derived cultures, development of sampling technology of cartilage tissue transplantats. The research methods are cell culturing, light microscopy, luminescent microscopy, histochemical analysis, bacteriological and virological methods, surgery methods of work with experimental animals. The results of R&D work. The morphological and proliferative characteristics of MSC culture of bone marrow cells were studied, deriving of bone marrow stromal cells of rabbits was mastered. The experimental data if compared enabled to carry out optimal protocol of culturing. The experiments of development of sampling technology of rabbits' cartilage tissue with further study of characteristics of the derived samples were carried out. The control of the presence of microbiological pathogens in culturing cells was mastered. The application area is medicine.
