The purpose of work in 2009 year is Analysis of existent sanitary normative legislation for objects atomic energy. Analysis of typical projects of objects energy with the purpose of determination of requirements to composition and maintenance of report accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation for the objects of energy. Development of particular branch normative document "Report about accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation of projects of objects energy, requirements to composition and maintenance". Methods of researches are analytical. "Report about accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation" (RARL) is the obligatory requirement to the document the "Basic sanitary rules of providing of radiation safety of Ukraine" 6.147-2005-09-02 (BSRPRSU 2005). Report about accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation is component part of project (and preliminary procedures) document and is obligatory part of documents which are given on the receipt of sanitary passport on object. The common requirements to the typical structure and maintenance RARL are developed. Typical structure RARL that contains 9 generalized sections was developed and resulted. The analysis of positions operating documents of sanitary legislation of Ukraine, recommendations of MAGATE and RARL in relation to developments of justification accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation of projects objects of nuclear energy was carrying out. The requirements of operating normative documents of sanitary legislation, in relation to justification sufficient of select project decisions from defense of personnel and population from action potentially dangerous for the health of man of factors at development RARL are analyzed. Normative document "Report about accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation of projects of objects of energy, requirements to composition and maintenance" was developed and concerted with MSH of Ukraine. It sets the common requirements to composition and maintenance of report about accordance to the requirements of sanitary legislation of Ukraine objects of energy at development of project (and preliminary procedures) document, introduction to exploitation and presentation of statement on delivery for the radiation-nuclear object of the Sanitary passport.
