We studied also techniques of targeting molecules binding (monoclonal antibodies CD95 and, as a model, human normal immunoglobulin) to the surface of the MBNC and of conjugating the MBNC with the cytostatic drug (cisplatin). We studied in vitro the cytotoxic effect of the MBNC conjugated and non-conjugated with cisplatin on cells of human ovarian carcinoma of the line A2780 and human mammary gland cancer MCF-7.
