Methods of study are an investigation of national and foreign knowledge in preparing of modified bitumen with improved low-temperature characteristics. Fulfilment of experimental research on bitumen polymeric binders, received from base of bitumen with differed physical-mechanic characteristics and different classes of polymeric modifiers as well. Analysis of obtained results, definition of both, optimal mix proportion and technological parameters of bitumen modifying with improved low temperature qualities. The Procedure of introduction of this developed concept will stimulate large new production techniques of modified bitumen products with better low-temperature characteristics in Construction Branch of Motor Road economy. Those will reduce crack formation impacts on the pavement; improve their quality and operative life.
