The processes of steam generation from excess saturated water in an air-gas channel part of compressor units of GSTP "Vodoliy" have been analyzed. As a result, the heat recovery of exhaust gases has been improved that has enhanced the thermodynamic efficiency of the power plant. There have been created the heat schemes and techniques for their calculation, that implement the enhanced heat recovery of exhaust gases, air intercooling, the fuel gas moistening, that comes to the GSTP combustion chamber, and its power control under the environment temperature rise.
