Purpose of the work: adduction acting standard DSTU 33.108:2005 and DSTU 33.404:2003 in accordance with confirmed by technical decisions. The Development and introducing the modification to said standard allows to optimize the forms of the technical passport of the microfilm SFD and accompanying and account document for supply and acceptance microfilm and microfiches of the insurance fund to documentation on long-term keeping. The Method of the study: analysis legislative, normative-legal acts, state qualifier, national standard of the Ukraine, interstate standard, international standard, research document and literary sources. User this scientific functioning are a subjects of the state system of the insurance fund to documentation within their own authority, determined acting legislation of the Ukraine, which participate in creation, shaping, conduct and use SFD. The Main results: is designed modification to national standard of the Ukraine, which allow to optimize the forms of the technical passport of the microfilm SFD as well as accompanying and account document for supply and acceptance microfilm and microfiches of the insurance fund to documentation on long-term keeping.
