Materials' synthesis parameters had been determined and corrected and their influence for nature of strengthening and antifrictionacity had been determined. On the base of obtained data of precious mechanical treatment of bearing composites had been determined optimal parameters of new composites on basis of copper and nickel treatment. Determined parameters of mechanical treatment and choiced tools ensured obtaining of materials' surface layer high quality and gave them high functional characteristics, which ensured increasing of reliability and durability of polygraph and thermal equipment friction units. Copper bearings of sliding operation resource were increased of 5-5,5 times, and nickel bearings of sliding operation resource were increased of 10-11 times in comparison with applied materials now.
