This system is based on constructed vectors that bear promoter sequences of TPI1, TKT1 and GAP1 genes. System for evaluation of promoter efficiency in S. oneidensis cells has been constructed too. Method for S. oneidensis cells electroporation was adopted and imprroved providing ten fold encreasing of efficiency of electroporation comparing to that reported in literature. Gene hydA1 P. grassii was optimised and synthesized. The optimized gene has ben cloned into a derivative plasmid pMT506 that was constructed for transformation of S. cerevisiae cells.
