Aim - to increase the results of treatment of congenital disorders in formation of HJ by means of development of diagnostic-prognostic and rehabilitation algorithm in dependence of the state of connective tissue. Methods of investigation - clinic-X-ray, ultrasonografic, iridobiomicroscopic, statistics. By the investigations done in the born-house was determined that prevalence of disorders of formation of HJ is 320 upon 1000 newborn. Interrelation between boys/girls is 1:2,4. Usage of early clinical symptoms of congenital dysplasia of HJ leads to false diagnostics in 30 % of newborns. Disorders in formation of HJ that were not diagnosed are up to 12 % (each of 8 newborns). Formation of HJ depends on initial state of connective tissue (CT). The higher is a stage of dysplasia the most authenticity development of pathology and heaviness of its manifestation with the coefficient of not-line correlation ?=92. Growth of stage of dysplasia leads to growth of pathology of HJ and heart, reaching in dysplasia of CT II-III stage 16,2 and 16,1 % correspondingly. Was shown that terms of conservative treatment of patients with dysplasia of HJ in abduction apparatus depends on initial state of CT, growing in dysplasia of CT I on 16,3 %, DCT II and DCT III on 50,1 and 82,6 % correspondingly. Appearance of first clinical manifestations of coxarthrosis of dysplastic genesis depends not only on stage of dysplastic changes of joint, but on initial state of CT. It was shown that among adults with dysplastic coxarthrosis who were under investigation in each of 5 patients (20,6 % of those who were under investigation) it was not in time diagnosed dysplasia of HJ. Based on investigations which were done were developed diagnostic-prognostic and rehabilitation algorithm of treatment of children with disorders in formation of HJ in dependency of stage of CT. Results of scientific-research work were put into clinical practice of Institute of Traumathology and Orthopedics and born house № 5 (Kiev). Connective tissue, dysplasia of connective tissue, dysplasia of hip joint, ultrasound investigation, iridobiomicroscopy, Scientific-research work is done under the program "Health Nation".
