The influence of kinetic parameters of growing process on a microstructure and physico-mechanical properties of the directly reinforced ceramic composites was investigated. The principles of new process of forming of ceramet coatings which includes of porous framework sintering from the particles refractory material powder, melting and impregnation of refractory framework by more fusible material with simultaneous cleaning of interfaces of coating - particles of refractory compound from admixtures and compression of powder layer to nonporous state were realized.
