The differentiated pathogenetical schemes of children with bronchial asthma therapy depend on trigger character (infective, noninfecteve), condition of calcium-phosphorus metabolism have been grounded. Their effectively and safety have been shown according immediate and distant results. At the prospective observation of 116 children in age from 3 to 14 years, with recurrent respiratory diseases, the exhaled air condensate composition was analyzed with a glance of local immune factors. The violation of electrolyte composition, increase of general albumen concentration, disbalance of lipid-peroxidation system were found out. Benefits of research: the differential design of treatment and prevention taking into account the factors of risk and topical features by indexes of exhaled air condensate composition at recurrent respirator diseases and laser cross-correlation spectroscopy of urine at children with nephropathy was ascertained.
