Biochemical base of previous disturbances is the decreasing of the detoxificative function of liver and its ability to synthesize protein, changing in the isoenzymatic specter of aminotransferases, activation of amino acids deamination and excretion. Permeability of mitochondrial membrane increases and transport of reduced equivalents into the mitochondrion breaks. The content of amino acids- precursors of creatine synthesis in liver and kidney decreases depends on dose of irradiation and as a result the content of creatine and creatinine in muscles decreases, Creatine kinase activity decreases with CC-MM and mitochondrial forms of enzyme, the content of less phosphorylated forms of adenile nucleotides increases and due to increasing of irradiation dose the content of nucleotides in muscles decreases. The irradiation of adult animals in 0,5 Gr leads considerable increasing of nor epinephrine in hypothalamus, epinephrine and dopamine simultaneously with inhibition of MAO activity and increasing of nor epinephrine concentration and MAO activity in supra renal glands. Injection of hormones-vitamins complex to animals after irradiation increases fertility of irradiated females, viability and radio resistance of their posterity depends on the dose of female irradiation. Firstly it was shown that decreasing of the reproductive health takes place because of the injury of amino acids metabolism, bioenergetics and oxidative-reductive processes in the irradiated animals muscles. It was obtained decreasing of the physical ability and of the irradiated animal’s posterity lifetime. The pathogenetic ways of the obtained disturbances correction were proved. The use of them improves the reproductive health of irradiated animals, increases their ability to live, physical ability and radio resistance of their posterity.
