Harmonious physical development at 68,3% investigated children was observed. Among the investigated children and teenagers 19% - with low mass of body (ІМB less than 18 kg/m2), 14% - with surplus mass of body (ІМB 25-30 kg/m2) and with obesity - 8,5% (ІМB more than 31 kg/m2) was exposed. In 77% children and teenagers different rejections in the ration of feed were marked. In 78% of the investigated schoolboys different lesions of the vegetative nervous system state, from which advantages of symphaticus system - in 45% cases and parasymphaticus system - in 21% were exposed. From clinical-epidemiological positions the analysis of prevalence and morbidity of obesity among children of the South of Ukraine is first time was conducted. In the first time the trained features of vegetative and psychological status of children of the South of Ukraine with obesity and their adaptation possibilities were studied. Increase of diagnostics of obesity efficiency at children it is possible due to the use of skin fold meter and impedance.
