A purpose of work is development of the system of account of charges for the executed works taking into account organizations of travelling industry of Ukraine change in the unique system of implementation of the state budget after charges in obedience to painting of the State budget of Ukraine on 2009. A research method is an analytical analysis of present method of treasury implementation of budget, orders of Department of economics, Minfinu and treasury.
