The analysis of results of introduction in medical practice of the developed methods of diagnostics, prophylaxis and medical treatment of 514 patients with the acute surgical diseases of abdominal region organs were conducted (365 - with adhesive disease, 60 - with acute cholecystitis, 89 - with acute pancreatitis). Little-known links of adhesion disease, acute pancreatitis and acute cholecystitis pathogenesis were investigated.
